The bank and its business partners who will help provide you with the requested product or service may retain this information.

Internet Banking and Bill Paying
When you bank online with Online Banking or use the bill paying feature offered by Atlantic Capital Bank and our business partner who helps us deliver these services to you; we will have access to your business information. This information is retained on either the bank's or our partner's systems in order to provide you with the services you have requested.

E-mail
When you send us an e-mail, we will retain the content of your e-mail, your e-mail address, and our response in order to handle any follow-up questions that you may have. E-mail sent through the Internet is not secure. Do not use e-mail to send us confidential information such as credit card numbers, PIN numbers, passwords, Social Security Numbers, Account numbers, or other important and confidential information.

Can I be taken off any solicitation lists?
