Atlantic Capital Bank employees contribute to our community through service, leadership, and charitable contributions. We develop partnerships with local organizations to help make our city a better place for everyone to live, work, and grow.


Charitable Contributions

We support our employees in their efforts to improve the community through charitable contributions with our Employee Matching Gift Program. When an employee makes a cash donation to a qualified organization or charity, Atlantic Capital will match their donation at 1 1/2 or 2 times the amount donated, depending on the employee's further involvement with the organization.

In addition to our Employee Matching Gift Program, Atlantic Capital partners with United Way for an annual campaign where employees may donate through check, money order, or automatic deduction from their payroll each month.

We understand that often the best way to support the community is to be in the community helping others. For that reason, Atlantic Capital encourages employees to volunteer their time by providing 36 paid hours per year to dedicate towards volunteer efforts.

Our employees volunteer with numerous charities across Eastern Tennessee and Georgia, and throughout the year we send employees to volunteer with organizations such as Junior Achievement, Habitat for Humanity, and CURE Childhood Cancer.
