Allen is a fifth-generation Floridian, but moved to Atlanta in 1999. He has a finance degree from the University of Florida, and has continued his education through courses such as “Creating Shareholder Value,” and Harvard University’s “Leading Non-Profit Excellence” seminar. Prior to Atlantic Capital, he lead a large team for ten years at a super-regional bank. He has developed relationships with companies from $5 million in sales to over $3 billion in revenues.
Allen has a lovely wife of 23 years, and two incredible girls who are making a positive difference in this world. They attend Peachtree City United Methodist Church. Allen has served on the Board of Directors of Goodwill for 18 years, “Putting People to Work” among various other non-profit leadership roles.
