Client Focus: Earl focuses on serving the banking needs of locally owned businesses, their owners, and their employees. Specialties include Commercial Real Estate Lending, C&I Lending, SBA Lending, Business Banking Relationship Management, and Cash Management to industries such as Medical, Manufacturing, Distribution, Wholesalers, Professional, Contractors, Non-Profit, Religious Organizations, and B2B.
Experience: One month prior to his college graduation, Earl joined HomeBanc, FSB in its collections department. Within two years, Earl was promoted to the commercial real estate team and has remained in commercial banking where he brings over 26 years of experience.
Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a minor in Accounting from Jacksonville State University, and in 2002 graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University.
Affiliations: Past Chairman and Current Board Member of the Conyers-Rockdale Chamber of Commerce, Board Member of the Georgia Manufacturing Alliance, Rotary Club Member and Will Watt Fellow. Earl has held past positions with Rockdale Cares, Conyers-Rockdale Economic Development Council, Leadercast, Live2Lead, Hands Across Rockdale, United Way, and Keep Conyers-Rockdale Beautiful.
