How do I make a transfer from an external account?
Users must first enroll in TransferNow via Online Banking under Transfer > External Transfer > Enroll. Once enrolled, users can add accounts and schedule one-time and recurring transfers through online banking or ACB Go! mobile app under the External Transfer option.
What account information do I need to make an external transfer?
You will need to enter the account number and routing number of the external financial institution to complete a transfer. By default, accounts will be verified instantly by signing into the external FIs online banking. Micro-deposits will be utilized to verify accounts for external FIs that do not support instant verification.
Are there any fees associated with making an external account transfer?
There are no fees for transferring money into or out of your ACB account from an external financial institution.
How long do external account transfers take to complete?
Transfers function similarly to an ACH, and most transfers should be completed in a few business days. Some transfers will have the option to expedite for next-day settlement.
Is there a limit on Transfers?
Standard Transfers are limited at $5k daily and $10k monthly (rolling 30 days) each way on inbound and outbound transfers.
