Last year, a local Atlanta children’s non-profit took 1,752 trips to the bank.

The Solution:
In order to improve the efficiency of the non-profit’s operations, ACB banker Ashley Carson and treasury officer Glenna Reeves worked closely with the non-profit to understand their operating procedures and address their concerns. Previously, a staff member from each of their 17 locations had to take a trip to the bank at least twice a week. These trips to the bank were expensive and cut down on the staff’s productivity.

In order to eliminate those trips, Atlantic Capital suggested a better solution: Remote Deposit Capture. Using a scanner and ACB’s corporate online banking solution, staff members at each of the non-profit’s locations are now able to scan and deposit checks right from their desk.
